<br/><br/> Students encounter many obstacles in their professional career preparation in the rapidly<br/>changing work market of today. Uncertainty regarding career choices is one of the<br/>biggest challenges, mostly because industry requirements are changing so quickly. The<br/>system TUPath was designed to let students manage their academic records, upload<br/>projects, map abilities to subjects, and create industry-standard profiles. TUPath also has<br/>tools and features for department’s users and administrators to control users and keep an<br/>eye on platform activity. The MERN stack—MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js—as<br/>well as the Agile development process were used in the system's construction. Following<br/>development, the system was tested for general system operation, compatibility, and<br/>usability. Using a 4-point Likert scale, the assessment was carried out by the student users<br/>and the department. With a grand weighted mean rating of 3.63, the results demonstrated<br/>a high degree of acceptability, demonstrating the system's effectiveness, usability, and<br/>functionality. TUPath was created especially to help TUP students become more visible<br/>in the classroom and more prepared for the workforce.
