This research aimed to lessen the physical labor involved in preparing biko while

preserving its texture. The process of mixing biko can be quite demanding, as it is time-
consuming and requires significant physical effort to achieve the desired consistency. To tackle

these issues, the research investigated novel cooking techniques and equipment that could
simplify the mixing process, making it more efficient and easier for home cooks.

The equipment is intended to increase production, improve the texture and consistency of biko,
and lessen physical work for small-scale entrepreneurs in Pandi, Bulacan. It can produce 5kgs
of biko in 1 hour of continuous cooking.

The development of a semi-automated cooking mixer for Biko offers a number of advantages,
including enhanced efficiency, precise control, and user experience. By combining
contemporary technology with traditional cooking methods, this product can help preserve
cultural traditions while adapting to modern life.
