Rice milling machines allow farmers to easily store and move their machines. The rice milling machine comes with a carrying case for easy transportation and storage. The carrying case features wheels at the bottom to reduce the burden on farmers when moving. Additionally, the machine can be set up in under 5 minutes. All the machine's parts are contained within the carrying case and can be easily detached. The researchers collected a variety of rice milling machines by visiting different machine shops, ranging from small to large machine shops in Quiapo, Manila. Ranging in size from the smallest to the largest, they were all stationary machines that would be difficult to move whenever necessary. Due to its design, it was challenging to transport and required a considerable amount of time to set up. The researchers developed a machine that is simple to assemble and move to assist farmers with this concern. This machine can be operated by anyone, including students in the same field of work, as well as those with no prior experience in using rice milling machines. This prototype has been tested for both functionality and durability. Regarding the results for 60kg of rice, in terms of output capacity, it yields 67.92% head rice. As for the blower test results, it has a blower loss of 19.25 kg and an impurity level of 32.08%. For energy consumption, it took 31 minutes and 14 seconds to process the entire 60 kg of rice, resulting in 0.39 kWh of energy consumption. This study also underwent an evaluation of 30 respondents who have experience and knowledge in rice milling. The overall mean rating of the machine was 4.42, indicating a descriptive rating of "very good."
