The continuous rise for the preservation and protection of endangered marine life due to the detrimental actions of humankind, is still an endeavor that is being faced by the world. The Philippines is a country blessed with a wide range of biodiversity, from land to the sea. However, this comes with the responsibility of safeguarding these natural resources by not only the government but also by the people themselves. To address the issue, this study will make use of questionnaires and interviews with key individuals in the field to identify the need and functions of the facilities. According to the gathered information, it reveals that there is a need for education and protection of the marine environment and its endangered inhabitants. This led to the design of the proposed marine biology museum and pawikan rescue and rehabilitation center, partnered with a restaurant offering locally sourced cuisine where people can relax. This features three major buildings; Marine Biology Museum, Pawikan Rescue and Rehabilitation Center and Restaurant, along with utilities that support these facilities, all planned with function and form in mind. The design addresses the needs aforementioned, providing the neccesary facilities to educate the people, as well as preserve and protect the endangered marine life.
