In Room 312 of the CAFA Department at the Technology University of
the Philippines, students and teachers face challenges in acquiring space-
efficient furniture for displaying artwork while maintaining an effective and
dynamic learning experience. The absence of such furniture often leads to
disorganized displays, creating a cluttered environment unsuitable for
optimal learning. Thus, the researchers developed an innovative solution – a
rotatable case display integrated with a Smart TV, offering multiple functions
to enhance the learning environment and optimize space efficiency. The
rotatable case display, incorporating advanced technological mechanisms,
provides students and teachers with a platform for new ways to showcase
artworks and engage in interactive learning experiences. This technological
advancement aims to create a diverse educational setting while preserving
the quality of students' work.
To assess the acceptability and accessibility of the proposed project,
the researchers employed a random sampling technique and conducted a
structured survey using closed-ended questionnaires. The survey involved
50 respondents, categorized into three classifications: twenty-five (25)
students, fifteen (15) faculty members, and ten (10) professionals. The
results, based on functionality, durability/strength, safety, economy,
workability, and aesthetics, indicate that the prototype is effective, usable,
and cost-efficient. The functionality obtained an overall weighted mean of

4.47, interpreted as highly acceptable. Durability/Strength of the Prototype
obtained an overall weighted mean of 4.35, indicating high acceptability. The
Safety Aspect of the Prototype obtained an overall weighted mean of 4.51,
interpreted as highly acceptable. The Economic Aspect of the Prototype
obtained an overall weighted mean of 4.30, indicating high acceptability. The
workability of the Prototype obtained an overall weighted mean of 4.43,
interpreted as highly acceptable. The aesthetic quality of the Prototype
obtained an overall weighted mean of 4.50, interpreted as highly acceptable.
The respondents' Overall Weighted Mean score of 4.43, defined as High,
reflects a positive evaluation of the project that caters to the academic needs
of the user and proves to be convenient and space-efficient, transforming into
a multifunctional digital display.
