Abstract: This project aimed to streamline and optimize the sales and inventory processes, enabling Ikkou Shop to enhance operational efficiency, customer service, and inventory control. Key functionalities of the POS system included a user-friendly interface for processing sales transactions, real-time inventory tracking, automatic stock updates, stock level alerts, monthly sales analytics, cashier daily sales income, and comprehensive reporting capabilities. The system also incorporated features to manage discounts, enhancing customer engagement and retention. The system streamlined the sales process, reducing checkout times and improving overall customer satisfaction. Real-time inventory tracking and automatic stock updates eliminated stockouts and overstocks, resulting in optimized inventory levels and reduced holding costs. The reporting capabilities provided valuable insights into sales trends, inventory turnover, and customer behavior, enabling informed decision-making for business growth strategies. Developing a robust POS system with inventory management capabilities has empowered Ikkou Shop to optimize its sales and inventory processes, enhancing operational efficiency, improving customer experience, and facilitating data-driven decision-making. The successful implementation of this system has positioned Ikkou Shop for sustainable growth and increased competitiveness in the retail industry.--Author's Abstract.
