Most traditional training does not help players gain the skills needed to spike well.
The objective of this work was to create, assemble, test, and evaluate an
MCU volleyball spike trainer helps solve problems with traditional training
methods. The prototype acts as a training device that imitates in-game spiking scenarios by
changing the program settings. This project uses an Arduino Uno, servo motor, wiper
motor, motor driver, toggle switch, lithium battery,y, and a tubular steel frame. The ball is
sent by the servo motor and the wiper motor adjusts how high the ball carrier is, allowing
for range in spiking measurements. The technology was puzzled for usefulness, how fast
it reacts, how long it can work, how long the power lasts, and how dangerous it is for users.
It was found that the device functioned well, reliably worked, and adjusted timing exactly
as needed with ease. Volleyball coaches, players, and technical experts rated the trainer at
4.84, meaning they believe it works well and is safe, accurate, functional, strong, and
practical. This research shows that practicing with the prototype is likely to improve
beginner and developing athletes’ volleyball spikes.
