This study aimed to develop an application for Emergency Alert Response System named RE-
PORT. The research developed an automatic geolocation tracking emergency application with a
click of a button. The methodology used is comprehensive analysis of related emergency
platforms, together with surveys and interviews including but not limited to the police, firefighters,
medical personnel and various LGO units. By following set criteria and standards of the ISO
25010, the researchers focused to meet needs and requirements for the system's success and
potential advance developments. The result of the research expects to contribute to the future
endeavor of research involving emergency alert response platforms. The developers constructed a
user-friendly interface, ensuring the ease of use for the general public when widely deployed.
Lastly, the ultimate goal of this research is to help lay the foundation in creating better emergency
alert response application that transcends the primitive way of seeking help in times of dire needs
and contingencies.
