Online Reservation System has been one of the most important and mostly used systems nowadays for it is used in different transactions involving air travel, hotels, car rentals, activities, and so on. The Online School Reservation System was designed to provide better reservation and assistance to the different offices and organizations in a school for better management and monitoring of facilities, rooms and equipment. It also lessens the inconvenience for organizers of events, either internal or external users. The functions of the system include creating new account for school where the user can request reservation for available venues within the school which will be approved first by the admin. If the request is approved, the user will receive notification in his/her account. They can also view or access the calendar for availability of venues. The system also can be set or modified depending on the rules set by a specific school using it. For confirmation, the system can provide the user the attached official permit or receipt for admin, also the user can download the permit for their reservation as for their own copy. The system was developed using Adobe Photoshop, PHP, HTML5, CSS3/BOOTSTRAP, Java Script, Wamp, Sublime Text, SMS Gateway API. The developed system was evaluated by 30 respondents consisting of 27 CS/IS/IT students and three IT Professionals from the Technological University of the Philippines. The evaluation criteria used in determining the level of the systems acceptability were adopted from ISO 9126. Based on the results of the evaluation conducted, the IT respondents rated the project in the range of "Highly Acceptable" which proves that the system is functional, reliable, usable, efficient, maintainable and portable.-- Author's Abstract
