Dissertation note: College of Industrial Technology .-- Bachelor of Technology major in Automotive Engineering Technology: Technological University of the Philippines, 2019. Summary: In working under chassis, the main role of the mechanics is to diagnose the problem accurately and quickly in a comfortable position. A mechanic usually works from the workshop in which the mechanic is well equipped and has the capabilities to lift the vehicle by using lifter and have the access under the vehicle that are difficult to reach when the car is on the ground. Most of mechanic and auto technicians in automotive often must work from supine position focus on the under chassis. Headrests on conventional creepers are either fixed or simple pivot forward, the effect of these models is to push the user's chin into the chest, creating an uncomfortable and contorted position. The proponents were able to invent an advance creeper that will make the job of mechanic comfortable and easy to work on. Normal creepers have no safety mechanism that will ensure the protection of the person working under the vehicle because it do not have support stand on its side. Based on observation, the researchers developed this project to secure the safety and position of the worker/mechanic under the car if it is at ease or not.
