The study involves the analysis, design, and development of Web-based Ordering System with Integrated Inventory to provide automation and flexibility in managing store-businesses. The main objective of the study is to develop a web-based Ordering System with Integrated Inventory. Specifically, the project is designed with the following features:
(a) Show product list available for taking orders of the customer. (b) Automatically deducts the product rendered based on the customer's order. (c) Critical level alert for every product with less quantity available. (d) Generate customer order receipts. (e) Generate Sales Report. (f) Report filtering by day, month, and year. (g) Generate Graphical Representation for Sales and Inventory. A total of 20 business owners responded to the survey. Managers and employees from three different businesses used ISO 25010 to evaluate the system. The designed system received an overall mean score of 3.6 with a descriptive grade of "Highly Acceptable" based on the findings of the evaluation. In conclusion system was successfully designed such that: The system can show the product list available for taking orders from the customer, System can automatically deduct the product rendered. System has a critical level alert. System can generate customer order receipts. System can generate Sales Report.
