Summary: The current generation of utilizing the internet to purchase things an individual needs or wants has massively evolved through business operations across industries and platforms. Seventh J Art Gallery Online Platform, a painting and sculpture platform, acknowledges the importance of integrating ordering, inventory, transaction, generating reports, and artworks and artist viewing process to provide a more efficient and hassle-free experience. In response to these, the study entitled “Elevating Art E-Commerce: Seventh J Art Gallery Online Platform” delved into the development of an online platform to eliminate the manual process of ordering, inventory, transaction, and generating reports for buying artworks such as paintings and sculptures. The system enabled the administrators to manage products and artists, order, chat, and generate reports. Additionally, it enhanced the customer experience by being able to see artworks on an online platform and thus not need to physically visit the gallery, wide range of categories and filtering for an easier way to search the artworks customer want to view, also simplifying the ordering process through the integration of cart, checkout, and payment module ensuring customers to have a convenient experience. This study was evaluated using the ISO 25010 evaluation instrument based on Functional Suitability and Reliability to determine the level of acceptability of the system. The result indicated that the developed system was highly functional, with features that satisfied the required outcomes under various conditions, and it is also deemed reliable, working as intended with the specified circumstances, obtaining an overall mean of 3.87, described as “Highly Acceptable” from the thirty (30) respondents. The study showed that developing an online platform for Seventh J Art Gallery improved the customer experience and increased operational efficiency and sales opportunities.
