The emergence of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming the way modern
businesses compete and operate. Artificial intelligence is becoming more involved in
many industries, specifically in the food industry where numbers of innovation influence
the production and characteristics of various products and services. This study seeks to
determine the role of Artificial Intelligence McDonald’s kiosk focusing on AI
personalization, customer engagement and employee productivity. The 323 number of
respondents who answered the survey were McDonald's customers in Metro Manila,
Philippines. In conducting the study the researchers used an online survey questionnaire
through Google forms as a method to collect necessary data. The purpose of this study is
to determine the benefits of AI kiosks in the food industry including its impact on
customer engagement, employee productivity and identify the areas where
improvements are still needed to enhance their effectiveness and adoption. As a result of
the study, the researchers conclude that most of the respondents agreed that using
Artificial Intelligence McDonald’s kiosk influences customer engagement and employee
productivity. This provides enough evidence that AI has contributions and benefits in
enhancing customer service experience and operational efficiency by providing a fast
ordering process, improving order accuracy, and achieving customer satisfaction. The
researcher recommends fast food chains that use kiosk machines should expand their
features by creating a voice command functionality and consider expanding self service
options to include mobile app integration. Businesses should create campaigns and
advertisements that introduce the artificial intelligence kiosk machine to guide the future
customer and entrepreneur
