Summary: This study, [Development] of Portable Motorized Rotating Pipe Beveller , aims to give the welder a quicker method to set up the pipe. A further object of the innovation is to give a pipe beveller of the above sort which will accelerate the angling procedure in any event 75% and which will deliver an industrial facility slope which can't be gotten by the utilization of the ordinary versatile processors; additionally to give a pipe beveller in which a slant might be acquired extending from 20 to 60 by methods for basic alterations. One major issue is setting up the right point of the pipe edge which is trying to welders, thus welders must have consistent hands and the mastery to equitably make the required incline edge of the pipe so as to have an agreeable and uniform sloped edge. After effects of the tests demonstrated the advantage of the device as far as speed in sloping wherein the device gave out a quicker sustaining attributable to the end of undesirable stoppages and intrusions brought about by tired hands holding the edge processor. Work yield according to visual examination where the device was utilized likewise gave out sound, straight and incredible angle results at testing to the improvement of weld quality yield. The project gives [convenience] to the students and welders in terms of grinding and it increase productivity on the work. Test result showed that the device can beveled much better and more efficient compared to the traditional way of grinding. The projects evaluated by 20 evaluators composed of Welding and Mechanical Professors, Experts and students under the Basics Industrial Technology Department of Technological University of the Philippines- Manila and was rated with an overall mean of (4.36) with a descriptive rating of “Excellent”. This signifies that the devices was [useful] and convenient to all students and faculty members in terms of [beveling] of pipes.
