Abstract: Chatbots backed with powerful models are in high demand in recent years. These days, businesses with platforms have chatbots that can respond to queries and can assist booking or reservation without human intervention. The overall goal of the study is the development of a chatbot and booking system of a resort entitled "Development of DRT House Website with Bilingual (English and Filipino) Chatbot. The website and chatbot were developed using Python, PyTorch, NLTK, Feed Forward Neural Network, Flask, MongoDB Atlas, HTML/CSS/ReactJS, and Visual Studio Code. The website can be navigated to many features with the main highlights which are the booking system and bilingual chatbot. Booking system can be used by users to reserve dates, choose their preferred payment methods, and make the payment for their reservation. The bilingual chatbot can respond to the inquiries in English and Filipino with the power to do transactional conversation. In the entire project development, the researcher used Scrum Development. Functional suitability and usability testing were performed then the project was evaluated by IT professionals, e-commerce consumers and business owners. The results showed that the website is functionally suitable and usable, acquiring a grand weighted mean of 3.70 or "Highly Acceptable" rating from forty-five (45) respondents, meeting the specified tasks with precision. The developed website was made for users and new customers to interact with the website by browsing the contents of it, streamline the resort's booking process and operational efficiency through chatbot assistance in both inquiries and transactions.--Author's Abstract.
