The study, G-Active: A Browser-Based Gym Management System with Implementation of Client Website for Registration and Generated-QR Code for Member's Attendance Monitoring, is a browser-based web application to upgrade the Gym business process from a traditional to modern approach with the use of technology which is beneficial to the Gym Facility business and the gym members in different browsing application in mobile phones and desktop. The system is divided into two parts, the Gym client side, and the Gym Administrator side. The client side includes features home, sign-up page, sign-in page, client profile, plan status, member ID, and monitoring log using QR Code, gym membership payment, and add trainer payment, while the Gym Administrator includes features such as login, dashboard, admin profile, waiting list module, payments module, inventory module, view members, monitoring logs, coaches, sales report, and generate QR Code to client's email. The system was developed using Codeigniter 3 framework for web application development, AJAX, chartJS, CPanel for cloud storage, ifastNet for domain, phpAdmin SQLite, invoice for sales report request, figma for UI Design tool and Visual Studio Code as the IDE tool. The project used the Scrum Agile method for development. This study was evaluated using the ISO 25010 evaluation instrument based on functional suitability and reliability. The results indicated that the system is highly functional in terms of its features and modules based on its expected outcomes and requirements under various conditions, and it is also reliable, working on different browser applications as intended within the specified platforms obtaining an overall weighted mean of 3.81 described as "Highly Acceptable" from the 20
respondents. The study showed that the developed system can improve the services and can be beneficial for the business operation.--Author's Abstract.
