TULIFT is an innovative bicycle rack system developed to address the limited, disorganized, and unsecured bike parking within the Technological University of the Philippines – Manila. Inspired by the form of a tulip flower, the design harmonizes organic aesthetics with functional efficiency, promoting both visual appeal and environmental integration. The name TULIFT combines “tulip” and “to lift,” symbolizing the vertical lifting mechanism of the bike rack, which optimizes spatial use and enhances security by elevating bicycles off the ground. This project aims to encourage sustainable transportation by providing a practical, safe, and organized parking solution for cyclists on campus. The design of the project aims to value the durability and maintenance, ease of use, space efficiency, stability and security, adjustability and versatility, aesthetic and design, accessibility, and how well the researchers innovated the project in a sensible manner. Survey and keen observation were conducted to gather data wherein one hundred (100) respondents were participated in the survey. With the information and answers they have given, it garnered 4.83 (Excellent) weighted mean for the ease of use, 4.89 (Excellent) for space efficiency, 4.67 (Excellent) for stability and security, 4.67 (Excellent) for adjustability and versatility, 4.76 (Excellent) for durability and maintenance, 4.83 (Excellent) for aesthetic and design, and 4.68 for accessibility. OVERALL MEAN of TULIFT is 4.73 which is regarded as an EXCELLENT rating.
