Poultry farming is the practice of raising domesticated birds for their meat or eggs, such as chickens, ducks, turkeys, and geese. Most poultry-related birds are raised in this manner. Consequently, poor-quality chicken feed could result in the chickens growing slowly, producing eggs of poor quality, getting sick, or even dying. The Intelligent Feeder, Watering, and Fumigation Control System for Broiler Chicken is a project study that aims to support Mr. and Mrs. Mercado, local farmers, in their growing business by creating a prototype control system that will automatically feed and water their chickens in order to save time, lower costs, and simplify poultry farming work. The difficulties in producing broiler chickens might be used by the Mercado family to increase their free time and lessen their workload. The proposed chicken feeder only feeds a small number of chickens confined in a single cage. This automatic feeder works in conjunction with the feed dispenser and water dispenser located inside the cage. The preparation of the design project's electrical composition and programming specifications is critical in reducing errors in feeding during operations. The system's efficiency was helped by the use of modern technology, including a keypad and an I2C LCD. For more user convenience and to prevent overfeeding of the hens, a second option that sends text warnings when the feed storage is low is available. Preventive maintenance is quick and easy because you just need to check the parts when they break and the software system comes with a manual for simple troubleshooting.
