The study developed an Enrolment and Library System for Kids Power Elementa School. The researchers learned the problems encountered in manual enrolment a unmonitored loss of books. It is specifically designed (a) to implement and provide functional enrolment and library system, (b) to provide a student data, (c) to provide a of borrowed books and returned books, (d) to provide a parent data, more convenient a efficient. It was developed using codeigniter as the main programming language, Ado Photoshop CC 2015, WAMP (Windows, Apache, MySQL, and PHP) and bootstrap. T system was evaluated with 30 respondent comprising of 30 CS/IT/IS students. evaluation instrument that was used to assess the acceptability of the system was the I 25010 software quality indicators, namely: functionality, compatibility, reliability, usability, efficiency, maintainability, security, and portability. The weighted frequency rating was 71.96% which described as Very Acceptable. It proves that the develop Enrolment and Library system can be used for the convenience of the Kids Power Elementary School.--Author's Abstract.
