Abstract: The researchers developed a Property Custodian Management System for custodians experiencing in manual and confusing process through an organized inventory management with QR code. The user can request a property from the list of available properties located at the user's main page; and can send a notification on the request details to the admin for approval. The admin manages the properties, borrowers and users through Property Custodian Management System. The system is composed of four (4) modules specifically the Property module, Borrow module, Borrower module and the Users module. The Property Custodian Management System was created using C#, Ajax, Bootstrap and Chrome browser. The system was tested and improved in terms of usability and reliability. 76.6% of the respondents rated the system with 4 equivalent to "Highly Acceptable" signifying that the project attained the desired functions. --Author's Abstract.
