The Capstone Project: On-the-Job (OJT) Monitoring System sought to revolutionize the conventional method of evaluating and overseeing students while receiving job training. This project study addresses the difficulties organizations encounter to successfully monitor trainees' performance during the OJT program. Three major users of this complete system are catered to: the administrator, the in-charge teacher, and the students participating in OJT. Through the system, students completing the OJT and the faculty in charge can efficiently record and monitor the training activities. Students can keep track of their hours, list their tasks, and provide progress reports. This system was developed using HTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT, BOOTSTRAP, SQL, XAMPP, and VISUAL STUDIO CODE. Tests results indicated that the system is functional The system was evaluated by 34 respondents using the criteria of ISO 25010 for quality software. The evaluation results revealed that the developed system is Highly Acceptable.--Author's Abstract.
