Dissertation note: College of Science -- Bachelor of Science in Information Systems, Technological University of the Philippines, 2023. Abstract: The study developed a comprehensive software solution specifically designed to optimize the submission, tracking, and management of the faculty deliverables within Technological University of the Philippines - Manila. The system established a centralized repository and automated the submission process for faculty deliverables. The system enhanced efficiency and collaboration among faculty members, department heads, deans, directors, HR, and the VPAA by providing a seamless and streamlined platform. The system also improved data accuracy, record-keeping, and compliance, ensuring adherence to institutional policies and regulatory requirements. It promoted an effective communication among faculty and administrators, facilitating timely review and approval of deliverables. The designed system attained an overall mean of 3.6, indicating a qualitative classification of "highly acceptable." This measurement evaluated the system's level of user satisfaction and acceptance. Its successful implementation demonstrated its value as an essential tool for effective deliverables management, strengthening the academic environment, and supporting continuous improvement.--Author's Abstract.
