The electric fan is one of the appliances commonly used inside the house. The study contributed to the improvement of ventilation within the residential, churches and school located at Old Holy Infant Molino 3 Bacoor City Cavite. The researchers have designed and created a device that can harness the wasted energy of an electric fan and convert it into electrical energy. The development of dynamo-based power generating stand fan is a study that focused on mobilizing the wasted rotation of the rotor of the electric fan. A dynamo, step down voltage step-up current circuit, and power bank were utilized and systematized to achieve and optimize the process. The researchers constructed a prototype to fully charge a 80000 mAh power bank in 2330 minutes and with 750 minutes or 12 ½ hours discharging time of power bank. Along with a same load of normal industrial stand fan, it can lessen the power consumption of charging a gadget. The used of device to increase the functionality and user-friendliness to the consumer. The device was evaluated by thirty respondents to determine its performance. As a result, the mean score that was obtained was 4.62 which means Excellent. This concludes that the device had managed to achieve to lessen the monthly electricity bill.
