Dissertation note: College of Science.-- Bachelor of science in information system: Technological University of the Philippines, 2025. Summary: As technology continues to grow and change how we live, many communities around the world now use digital tools to make everyday tasks easier. However, many barangays in the Philippines still use manual methods because they don't have their own websites. To help solve this, the study "Development of a Web-Based Barangay Management Information with Equipment Inventory and Reservation System" introduces a digital system to improve barangay services. This system helps barangay officials manage resident records, household information, document requests, equipment reservations, and inventory of the barangay assets more easily. It was built using Bootstrap, XAMPP, PHP, and MySQL, which help keep the system organized, secure, and easy to use. It also allows officials to approve requests and create reports. The goal was to make work easier for residents and officials and improve service delivery. The system was tested and evaluated by the officials, residents, and IT experts of Barangay 775, Zone 8. It received a "Highly Acceptable" rating, with an average score of 3.50 from 35 respondents. This study shows how digital systems can greatly improve the way barangays operate.
