520	3		_aThe study deals with the comprehensive feasibility of establishing a regional shelter and learning facility for street children and the possibility to bridge the gap for social welfare department of our country to provide adequate care for these children. A regional center that will govern the welfare of street children who will uplift their condition and will take them out of the streets and will give them proper education. Through the data analysis, the problem has been identified which needs to be taken seriously. The body provides the discussion of gathered data and information that will justify the stated problem. This is also intensified with the thought of the new generation which would eventually be the future leaders of this country. These assets should be guided and prepared for their endeavors specially those who are a bi confused and in poor developing environment. Research for this project state that numerous institutions that aims to cater the said children it is very questionable that their number are still increasing. Although there are services provided for them the researchers conclude that this facility is not highly effective. This conclusion was based from surveys, visits, interview and other data collection. Through this proposal the aim to children would be more of a success connecting to the security of the country's next generation. --Author's Abstract.
