This was conducted to quickly produce silage from corn stalks. The properties of corn stalks were evaluated to determine the speed and power it'll take the machine to successfully complete the full process in the preferred time. In the bagging process, vacuum was used to ensure that the bag containing the silage was air-tight, followed by the sealing process where the bag undergo a process of sealing thru hot iron. To accomplish the silage-making and airtight bagging machine, there was a collection of raw materials, the silage-making process and the testing and gathering of data conducted by the researchers. The silage can also be improved by putting variable amount of molasses depending on the moisture content of the silage needed. The machine can also be improved by putting more containers for the bagging process. The future researchers can use different ideas and innovations to further improve the machine, be it in the cutting process or the bagging process.
