520 3 _aE-Syncro is a web-based event management system that provides innovative solutions for a school event's process, records, attendance. The system aims to enhance efficiency, and convenience in organizing and monitoring school events while ensuring seamless collaboration among event organizers, participants, and school faculties. This system includes QR Code for attendance control, this mechanism can generate a unique QR Code for each participant, this serves as their electronic tickets that will allow for a quick log-in and tracking of attendance. The system also gives event organizers the capability to create, schedule, and post an event. Participants can browse event details, get their personalized QR codes and give their feedback about the event. Additionally, this system supports email notification and reminders to keep participants informed about the event updates. The system was developed using Visual Studio Code, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL as the programming language. During our Project Test Results for both the 1st and 2nd cycle only the 1st encountered a failed result, and as for the Reliability Test Case we garnered a total of 13 of passed results and none of them failed. The test results for the Functional Suitability, Performance Efficiency, Compatibility, Usability, Reliability, Security, Maintainability, and Portability, have shown a highly acceptable result overall. The system was evaluated based on the ISO 25010 criteria for quality software, with a total of 50 participants providing their feedback. The evaluation results revealed that the developed system had achieved an overall score of 3.70, indicating a Highly Acceptable rating.--Author's Abstract.
