520 3 _aThe proposed system is titled Sales and Supply Inventory Management for Alfonso Bike Shop at Malabon City using OR Code. The highlight of the study for IS Capstone Project 2 was to develop and test a web-based inventory system for our client Alfonso Bike Shop at Malabon City. The objective of this study was to eliminate the possible human error in inserting the data of various bicycle parts and accessories. The system helps the bike shop owner monitor the total revenue of their bike shop, specifically daily, weekly, monthly, and annually. The bike shop owner may determine whether their shop is performing well. The system has two user categories, such as administrator and staff. The staff has limited access to the system. The admin can create and send messages to bicycle suppliers requesting bicycle parts or accessories. The admin can make new or recover accounts in the system. The admin can add, edit, and delete bicycle items in the system to monitor the item list. The system can also save the name of different bicycle suppliers, also download the invoice sales from the system. The Sales Report is the significant module in the system that can help the bike shop owner determine the income from their business. The system was evaluated with 30 respondents consisting of 12 bike shop owners, 12 customers, and 6 IT Professionals. The researchers use the Software Evaluation Instrument of ISO 25010 for the functionality and reliability of the system with a 4-point Likert Scale. Based on the results, the application performance was evaluated using ISO 25010 criteria and yielded an overall mean of 3.72. The developmental tools of the Sales and Supply Inventory Management for Alfonso Bike Shop at Malabon City using QR Code are PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, AJAX, and Bootstrap. From the recommendations for the system, the researchers recommend that enhance the user interface for better designs. Inclusion of a customer web page for viewing and ordering items. Addition for delivery functionality for the customer. Addition of mode of customer payment.--Author's Abstract.
