It acknowledges the significance of online auction platforms, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, as they offer a safe and convenient means of acquiring goods. By addressing the challenges faced by electronic markets and implementing strategies like enhanced mobile experiences and transparency promotion, the study aimed to improve the customer experience. The research highlights the benefits of an online auction platform, such as increased accessibility for buyers and reduced physical interaction, aligning with the primary goal of contributing to public health. The study's first chapter provided an overview of the research topic, emphasizing the internet's impact on consumer purchasing behaviors and the popularity of online auctions. It introduced the purpose, objectives, and significance of the research, laying the foundation for the subsequent work. The problems addressed included the need for a secure and efficient platform for online auctions and the requirement for a safe alternative to traditional auctions during the pandemic. The study's objectives involved developing AuctionHouse with specific features, utilizing programming tools and frameworks, testing and enhancing usability, and evaluating the system's acceptability based on ISO/IEC 25010 standards. An Evaluation was conducted involving 30 respondents from IT students/specialists, buyers, and sellers. The Auction House system was assessed based on various factors, such as functional suitability, usability, performance, aesthetics, accessibility, and adaptability.
