520 3 _a"An educational android-based application called BAMBINO is presented in this study to augment the language development of toddlers. BAMBINO is an interactive learning environment that employs Natural Language Processing (NLP) and voice recognition technologies, with an initial emphasis on English language acquisition. The goals comprise the development and execution of interactive modules designed for toddlers, the incorporation of voice recognition technology to provide prompt feedback, and the establishment of a feedback system that is prompted with rewards. Java programming and Android Studio, comprise the technical framework. In institutional daycares, toddler input is incorporated into usability evaluations. NLP algorithms also assess pronunciation accuracy and provide immediate feedback to differentiate between correct and incorrect attempts. By establishing a stimulating and encouraging learning environment via cutting-edge technology, this research endeavors to aid in developing young speaking-skills." -- Author's Abstract
