520 _aThis study presents the design and implementation of an Internship Portal for SIT students, developed to streamline internship management processes according to ISO/IEC 25010 standards. The portal aims to enhance functional suitability, performance efficiency, usability, reliability, security, maintainability, and portability for all stakeholders, including students, coordinators, directors, and Host Training Establishments (HTEs). Key functionalities of the portal include centralized internship listings, real-time application tracking, integrated communication tools, comprehensive reporting, and compliance monitoring. The system allows SIT students to search and apply for internships, track application status, submit and reports. Coordinators can review applications, assign students to HTEs, and monitor progress. Directors have the capability to oversee the entire program and generate detailed reports. HTEs can post opportunities, review applications, and evaluate interns, facilitating stronger collaboration between the institution and industry partners. The Internship Portal significantly improves internship management at SIT by aligning with ISO/IEC 25010 standards Respondents composed of 28, 22 students, 5 IT professionals, and 1 host training establishments evaluate the system, By addressing user needs and mitigating limitations, the portal aims to provide a seamless, secure, and efficient system that enhances the internship experience for all stakeholders, thereby supporting the professional development and career readiness of SIT students. In conclusion, the Internship Portal for SIT Students was developed efficiently which can improve the transactions and processes of the Supervised Industrial Training.
