The web application was designed while applying the Agile Methodology with Scrum. PHP Code Igniter Framework was used to program the application. Upon completion of the system modules, the website was hosted online using the address https://sisfuportal.com, which commenced the testing and evaluation phases of the project. During the testing phase, 60 stakeholders examined the system across 41 test cases distributed under three main parameters: functionality, accuracy, and portability. The confusion matrix was applied to the accuracy test results which yielded an accuracy and precision of 1, or equivalent to 100%. Interpreting the test results, it may be stated that users can be provided a functional system with accurate modules and information.
