520 _aThe vehicle engine oil extractor's role is to remove engine oil more easily than usual by removing a drain plug from the oil pan. Using the engine oil extraction system also takes a long time and may result in a decreased production rate of an PMS (Preventive Maintenance Service) and SRO (Service Repair Order) in the organization. The engine oil may be removed without disconnecting the drain plug. You only need a long hose that runs through to the dipstick housing and begins sucking engine oil out of the pan. By doing so, you may reduce the production time rate and use less workforce. The current method and the prototype are compared because when time is measured, the current method is slower than the prototype due to the hustle of removing the drain plug from the bottom of the car. The 25 evaluators, who included university academics, technicians, foremen, and supervisors, were photographed, and documented. Evaluation and test result reveal an overall mean of 4.56 with descriptive interpretation of “Excellent” or “Highly Acceptable.” This proves the prototype is much better than the current method due to less time and better productivity rate of an PMS (Preventive Maintenance Service) and SRO (Service Repair Order) because every vehicle has a plot rate to be considered when changing oil. The faster time the better because more customers ace serviced and more incentives given to the technicians as well.
