Using qualitative methods, the study conducted semi-structured interviews with HR professionals across education, local government, and BPO sectors. Key findings highlight that inclusive workplace practices enhance job satisfaction and performance for disabled employees. However, issues such as insufficient manager training on diversity and limited funding for workplace modifications remain. The research advocates for tailored HR policies and continuous employee training on disability awareness to foster inclusivity. Ultimately, it aims to guide organizations in enhancing diversity and supporting physically impaired staff, contributing to a more equitable workforce that benefits both employees and organizations.
