520 _aThe absence of a centralized and efficient healthcare management platform has led to fragmented communication and operational inefficiencies among doctors, patients, and administrators. This study focused on the development of MedSphere, a web-based healthcare application designed to streamline patient records, appointment scheduling, medical prescriptions, and billing processes. The system backend was built using Laravel, Node.js, PHP, and MySQL for data management, and react.js, HTML, and CSS were utilized for front-end development, providing a strong and scalable structure. Medsphere aimed to enhance healthcare service delivery by providing key features such as patient management, doctor-patient interaction, e-prescriptions, and secure databases. The development will utilize the Agile Scrum approach. The system evaluation was conducted with 20 respondents based on ISO/IEC 25010 Standard, resulting in a 3.4 effectiveness in improving healthcare management and enhancing communication among stakeholders.
