520 _aAs technology continues to develop, traditional methods of teaching are too often insufficient to meet the requirements of the modern classroom. Thankfully, there are emerging and interactive technologies such as Interactive TV which are setting the table for new forms of teaching, which are engaging and effective. This paper proposes an Interactive Smart TV using Voice Command, Facial Recognition, & Hand Gesture Control that enhances classroom discussions as well as teaching effectiveness. The system is available for a hand gesture-based air mouse that enabled presentation control, which means instructors can use hand movement to move using pre-defined hand gesture-based air mouse. Application interaction with applications like PowerPoint, excel, google chrome, wps office, and YouTube Voice command activation system readily available with the pre-defined commands. In addition, facial recognition is used to access faculty members with hand gestures and voice commands. It integrates these features into a practical Smart Tv system for an actual execution in electrical engineering classroom in the Technological University of the Philippines (TUP) Manila with the aid of software development methods. From November 2024 to April 2025, this system will undergo functionality and usability testing involving faculty members. This research contributes to the development of innovative educational technology by providing a versatile, interactive and effective response in teaching.
