| 520 | _aThe ARCHIVO is a window cover integrated with an organizer and a workstation designed to improve workspace in a school faculty. This study was developed to provide a response to the needs for a dedicated and efficient working space for professors, office workers, and students inside a workspace environment. This study was specifically made for Technological University of the Philippines in the department of College of Architecture and Fine Arts (CAFA) in room 304. The main aim is to develop a comfortable and ergonomic workstation that is flexible and compact to enhance productivity within academic environments. The construction uses safe and long-lasting materials that incorporate industrial design principles while also accommodating individual work and collaboration, utilizing eco-friendly and long-lasting materials that meet safety regulations. This study used a conceptual framework that is the IPO or the Input, Process, and Output by which it follows a certain process. In this study, the researchers used the average (mean) as the main method for analyzing the data. The survey focused on five main criteria: (a) functionality, (b) aesthetics, (c) durability, (d) workability, and (e) economy. To determine the study acceptability the respondents were categorized into three (3) and evaluated by 55 individuals who are fourteen (4) students, thirty-five (35) office workers, and six (6) designers/fabricators. According to the results of the survey, the highest weighted mean is functionality that gained 4.74 (excellent), workability that gained 4.71, durability that gained 4.70, aesthetics that gained 4.68, and economy that gained 4.62. | ||
