Lazada Expedise PH is a logistics company based in San Pedro, Laguna, specializing in
efficiently and systematically handling parcels and products for delivery to various

destinations. The company relies on factory workers with expertise in different logistics-
related tasks to ensure smooth warehouse operations. These tasks include Auto MU

Scanning, responsible for the automated scanning and processing of packages; Reject
Scanning, which inspects parcels to identify any defects before shipping; Fine Sort
Scanning, which categorizes packages based on their destinations to expedite delivery;
Pre- Sort Scanning, which prepares parcels for further sorting; and Movers, who handle
the physical movement of goods within the warehouse to maintain a seamless workflow.
Recruitment processes play a crucial role in the efficiency and effectiveness of human
resource management. However, traditional recruitment methods, which rely on manual
processes, often lead to inefficiencies, delays, and errors in applicant tracking and
evaluation. This study proposed the development of TalentTrack, a Digital Recruitment
Management System (DRMS) for Lazada Logistics in San Pedro, Laguna, and aimed at
modernizing and automating the recruitment process. The system integrated features like
online job applications, applicant profiling, interview scheduling, practical training
evaluations, and performance tracking to streamline hiring decisions. The system
enhances HR efficiency by leveraging cloud-based storage, candidate profiling, and
automated evaluation tools while reducing paperwork and minimizing human error. The
study employed Agile methodology for system development, using modern web
technologies like React.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and Tailwind CSS. Furthermore, system
evaluation was based on the ISO 25010 software quality model to assess functionality,
reliability, and usability. Findings indicated that the proposed system significantly
improves recruitment speed, accuracy in applicant selection, and overall HR
management efficiency. This research highlighted the importance of digital
transformation in recruitment, offering an innovative solution for optimizing talent
acquisition and workforce development.
