Lazada Expedise PH is a logistics company based in San Pedro, Laguna, specializing in<br/>efficiently and systematically handling parcels and products for delivery to various<br/><br/>destinations. The company relies on factory workers with expertise in different logistics-<br/>related tasks to ensure smooth warehouse operations. These tasks include Auto MU<br/><br/>Scanning, responsible for the automated scanning and processing of packages; Reject<br/>Scanning, which inspects parcels to identify any defects before shipping; Fine Sort<br/>Scanning, which categorizes packages based on their destinations to expedite delivery;<br/>Pre- Sort Scanning, which prepares parcels for further sorting; and Movers, who handle<br/>the physical movement of goods within the warehouse to maintain a seamless workflow.<br/>Recruitment processes play a crucial role in the efficiency and effectiveness of human<br/>resource management. However, traditional recruitment methods, which rely on manual<br/>processes, often lead to inefficiencies, delays, and errors in applicant tracking and<br/>evaluation. This study proposed the development of TalentTrack, a Digital Recruitment<br/>Management System (DRMS) for Lazada Logistics in San Pedro, Laguna, and aimed at<br/>modernizing and automating the recruitment process. The system integrated features like<br/>online job applications, applicant profiling, interview scheduling, practical training<br/>evaluations, and performance tracking to streamline hiring decisions. The system<br/>enhances HR efficiency by leveraging cloud-based storage, candidate profiling, and<br/>automated evaluation tools while reducing paperwork and minimizing human error. The<br/>study employed Agile methodology for system development, using modern web<br/>technologies like React.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and Tailwind CSS. Furthermore, system<br/>evaluation was based on the ISO 25010 software quality model to assess functionality,<br/>reliability, and usability. Findings indicated that the proposed system significantly<br/>improves recruitment speed, accuracy in applicant selection, and overall HR<br/>management efficiency. This research highlighted the importance of digital<br/>transformation in recruitment, offering an innovative solution for optimizing talent<br/>acquisition and workforce development. |
