Summary, etc. The study developed the “Centralized Complaint and Inquiry System”. The software is a web-based system that centralizes the filing of complaints and obtaining updates from the government. Specifically, it aims to: (1) design a system with real-time communication between the citizen and the government agencies and management of alerts and complaints; (2) develop the system using Notepad++, Adobe Photoshop CC, MySQL, and WAMPP Server. Test results showed that the application is functional and accurate. Thirty randomly selected respondents from the Technological University of the<br/>Philippines rated the system. The system is “Highly Acceptable” with an overall mean score of 3.6.
