The barangay which is a small administrative group in the Philippines has always been<br/>present in serving its barangay residents the needs that may need in their daily life.<br/>Struggles are present in terms of the continues manual process of different barangay<br/>services and lack of barangay monitoring in different reports. In response to this problem,<br/>the study “Developing Barangay Management Information System in NBBS Proper,<br/>Navotas City”, was designed to streamline and enhance efficiency of administrative<br/>processes in the barangay, addressing key functions such as resident profiling, barangay<br/>clearance issuance, record management, and community engagement. The system was<br/>evaluated using the ISO 25010 evaluation instrument based in the Functional Suitability,<br/>Performance Efficiency, Compatibility, Usability, Reliability, Security, Maintainability, and<br/>Portability to determine the level of acceptability of the system. The results indicates that<br/>the system is highly functional, with features that satisfy the required outcomes under<br/>various conditions working as intended within the specified circumstances obtaining an<br/>overall grand mean of 4.39 described as Strongly Agreeable from the thirty (30)<br/>respondents. The showed that developing a barangay management information system for<br/>a barangay improved the barangay services and generation of reports. |
