| Summary, etc. | The main objective of the study is to design and develop a property<br/>management system for Bacoor National High School that provides the following<br/>features: property monitoring and management module, automate property<br/>purchase, borrow and usage request process, generate data reports, user<br/>management module and centralized data source with real time data presentation<br/>for property custodians and employees of Bacoor National High School.<br/>The study was limited to the design and development of the web-based<br/>property management system. The web-based system was evaluated by six (6)<br/>Property Custodians and twelve (12) ICT Coordinators and selected faculty from<br/>Bacoor National High School and all its annexes. ISO 25010 was used as the<br/>evaluation instrument, titled “Systems and software engineering – Systems and<br/>Software Quality Requirements and Evaluation (SQuaRE) – system and software<br/>quality models.”<br/>It has achieved the following composite mean rating from the property<br/>custodian respondents of 4.77 and 4.81 for the ICT Teachers and other selected<br/>faculty members. The result and findings of the study showed that the web-based<br/>property management system is highly acceptable.<br/>For further studies, it is recommended to design a mobile application that<br/>will serve as the counter part of the web-based system that supports both IOS and<br/>Android mobile operating system. In addition, the respondent suggests conducting<br/>research on the effectiveness of the system. Likewise, Bacoor National High<br/>School should utilize the property management system across all its annexes. |
