The main objective of the study is to design and develop a property
management system for Bacoor National High School that provides the following
features: property monitoring and management module, automate property
purchase, borrow and usage request process, generate data reports, user
management module and centralized data source with real time data presentation
for property custodians and employees of Bacoor National High School.
The study was limited to the design and development of the web-based
property management system. The web-based system was evaluated by six (6)
Property Custodians and twelve (12) ICT Coordinators and selected faculty from
Bacoor National High School and all its annexes. ISO 25010 was used as the
evaluation instrument, titled “Systems and software engineering – Systems and
Software Quality Requirements and Evaluation (SQuaRE) – system and software
quality models.”
It has achieved the following composite mean rating from the property
custodian respondents of 4.77 and 4.81 for the ICT Teachers and other selected
faculty members. The result and findings of the study showed that the web-based
property management system is highly acceptable.
For further studies, it is recommended to design a mobile application that
will serve as the counter part of the web-based system that supports both IOS and
Android mobile operating system. In addition, the respondent suggests conducting
research on the effectiveness of the system. Likewise, Bacoor National High
School should utilize the property management system across all its annexes.
