The result and findings of the study showed that the web-based property management system is highly acceptable. For further studies, it is recommended to design a mobile application that will serve as the counter part of the web-based system that supports both IOS and Android mobile operating system. In addition, the respondent suggests conducting research on the effectiveness of the system. Likewise, Bacoor National High School should utilize the property management system across all its annexes.
