This project centralizes on developing a web-based school inventory management system<br/>using some extensive data visualization tools. This system's main purpose is to manage<br/>resources in the educational sector and this focus is obviously on equipment, as well as to<br/>increase operational efficiency. This system will also enable us to automate the inventory<br/>process by utilizing contemporary technologies such as cloud-based databases, QR codes,<br/>and real-time monitoring to simplify inventory management. This will result in up-to-date<br/>data, reduce administrative burdens, and significantly enable faster decision-making. This<br/>enables resources to be tracked easily by both administrators and ESET faculty. The<br/>intuitive design will make it easy for all users to use the interface without the need for<br/>technical skills. The system is structured in a safe, scalable, and reliable architecture using<br/>modern web technologies like HTML, CSS, PHP, and MySQL. These technologies<br/>facilitate smooth data handling across devices and help with the management of the<br/><br/>system. Moreover, thanks to its IoT capabilities, the system can perform changes in real-<br/>time. This makes it difficult to retrieve or update the inventory data. The process also<br/><br/>promotes adequacy by automating duties of inventory management which in turn reduces<br/><br/>administrative burden. Ultimately this should contribute to making an accurate customer-<br/>oriented platform allowing better decision making, timely restock notifications and<br/><br/>effective resource utilization in general. The aggregate mean score of 4.56/5.00 in the<br/>functional evaluation in Security, Reliability, and User-Friendliness indicates the product<br/>is acceptably safe, reliable, and easy to use. Thus, achieving modern educational<br/>institutional inventory management with optimized resource utilization and administrative<br/>burden reduction.<br/><br/>KEY WORDS: web-based school inventory, data visualization, automation, QR code<br/>scanning, IoT. |
