Summary, etc. The main objective of the project focused on having a data communication infrastructure<br/>that can provide reliable and fast communication between faculties and students. This was<br/>achieved by configuration of server, routers, switches, and UTP cables for connections of<br/>devices to establish an intranet network. Utilizing nextcloud for centralized data sharing<br/>enables efficient and secure file sharing, collaboration, and resource management within<br/>the network. Test results showed that the system successfully connects users, providing<br/>reliable communication and data exchange. Also, test results had shown the signal strength<br/>results to different distance. The system performance was evaluated by thirty-nine (39)<br/>evaluators and obtained a mean score of 4.61 for hardware evaluation, which means highly<br/>acceptable, and a mean score of 3.74 with a descriptive rating of very good. This concludes<br/>that the data communication infrastructure using intranet emerges as an accessible system<br/>to enhance the communication problems in the 4th floor of the Electronics Department.<br/>Keywords: infrastructure, intranet, nextcloud,
