This study focuses on designing and fabricating a semi-automated machine capable of<br/>producing both hollow and pavement blocks. It examines the feasibility of incorporating rice husk ash<br/>in the production process to assess its potential as a sustainable construction material. The study also<br/>evaluates the mechanical properties of the produced blocks and designs a specialized machine for the<br/>efficient processing of raw materials such as rice husk ash, gravel, and cement. The machine<br/>demonstrates a production rate of 28 hollow blocks per hour with an average compressive strength of<br/>2.514 MPa and 112 pavement blocks per hour with an average compressive strength of 3.6567 MPa,<br/>indicating its capability to deliver both quantity and structural quality suitable for construction use. |
