This study focuses on designing and fabricating a semi-automated machine capable of
producing both hollow and pavement blocks. It examines the feasibility of incorporating rice husk ash
in the production process to assess its potential as a sustainable construction material. The study also
evaluates the mechanical properties of the produced blocks and designs a specialized machine for the
efficient processing of raw materials such as rice husk ash, gravel, and cement. The machine
demonstrates a production rate of 28 hollow blocks per hour with an average compressive strength of
2.514 MPa and 112 pavement blocks per hour with an average compressive strength of 3.6567 MPa,
indicating its capability to deliver both quantity and structural quality suitable for construction use.
