This study focused on the development of a chatbot within the e-commerce platform of LAHI Creations, a unique brand operating in the digital market. The aim of the research was to improve user experience, customer engagement, and support by developing a chatbot suited to LAHI Creations' specific needs and goals. The study began by examining the current difficulties that customers of LAHI Creations are facing, such as the restricted options for support, difficulty in finding information, and the impersonal interactions. It aimed to improve client retention, hasten order processing, and promote brand loyalty by overcoming these challenges through the development of chatbots. The development process included the design and implementation of a chatbot with functionalities such as real-time customer support, personalized product recommendations, and optimized order processing. The chatbot was designed to be aligned with LAHI Creations' brand personality and values, ensuring a consistent and engaging user experience. Throughout the project, the researchers applied the Waterfall methodology. Compatibility and usability tests were carried out and the project was evaluated by IT experts and users of the e-commerce platform. The results showed that the tool is usable, having received a grand weighted average of 3.58 described as "Highly Acceptable" from 20 respondents which means the developed tool improved the user experience in using e-commerce platforms.--Author's Abstract.
