Summary: This study explored the way social media has formed contemporary digital culture and how it affects various aspects of daily life, such as business, politics, interpersonal relationships, self-expression, and cross-cultural communication. The study examined how social media platforms enabled previously unheard-of levels of online communication and information sharing cultures and regional culinary dishes in the Philippines by examining its development and popularization. Furthermore, the study explored how the study was started and how successful it was as a project to promote and preserve regional Filipino food. The results showed that Kawa functions as a comprehensive online archive of regional foods and effectively cultivates a community of culinary enthusiasts. Kawa: the digital hub for culinary enthusiasts received overall positive feedback from its respondents, receiving a Highly Acceptable rating across all the given criteria with a grand mean of 3.66. The highest overall weighted mean was obtained by the Functional Suitability criterion in W = 3.73 while the lowest is Reliability W = 3.60 described as Highly Acceptable. The system also received valuable comments and suggestions from the IT Professionals which will be attached to this paper along with the tabulated results of this evaluation.
