Dissertation note: College of Industrial Education.-- Bachelor of science in industrial education major in home economics: Technological University of the Philippines, 2025. Summary: This study analyzed the various teacher’s feedback strategies and their influence on academic engagement among students at the Technological University of the Philippines-Cuenca Extension Program. Feedback plays a significant role in the learning of students, and it is going to work for improving outcomes if done at the right time and in a specific constructive way. However, there are existing challenges in the effective provision of feedback and engagement among students. This study looked into six feedback strategies: verification feedback, facilitative feedback, praise, feedback functionality, feedback structure, and negative feedback systems-the review of their influence on the dimensions of emotional, behavioral, and cognitive engagement among students. A correlational-quantitative research approach was used to collect data for the 2024-2025 academic year on first year to fourth-year Home Economics students. This research intended to provide insight into feedback methods for other teachers as well as charges to engage students more directly, to enhance clarity, relevance, and motivation, subsequently leading to considerable achievement, while at the same time enhancing the teacher-student relationships. This research yielded relevant information that will help educators, learners, academic institutions, and the wider educational community in higher education concerning feedback practices and student engagement.
